Soybean Mosaic Virus (SMV) is one of the most important soybean diseases in world, and it seriously affects yield quality. In this paper, 405 SSR molecular markers were used genome-wide scan to analysis 327 varieties North China. The purpose was search genetic loci excellent resistance genes related SMV1 SMV3, reveal differences between models varieties. results confirmed that among tested large. Through association population (GWA) linkage group (LGA), 14 highly significant sites SN1 SN3 found. There are three (Sat-297, sat-296, sat-154) which coincident with or adjacent found by predecessors; while there two at (Sat-154 sat-726) previous studies, sat-154 a site shared SN3. 7 obtained, Glyma13g25420 Glycma13g25440, Glyma14g08700 Glyma14g08710 has on NBS-LRR domain; Glyma14g08900, Glyma14g08910, Glyma14g08920 have PLP2 (Patation-like Protein) genes. This study provides an reference for SMV research technical support breeding.
